200d's Terms and Conditions

200d (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 200d.

By accessing or registering on the 200d website or mobile app, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

200d provides services to adults only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Creating an account or participating in any betting activity as a minor is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

To create an account on 200d, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will be considered a violation of the terms.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for all transactions made through your account.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 200d:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify the odds and stake carefully before submitting.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, clearly stated on the relevant event page.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final — unless a system error caused incorrect odds to be shown.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake placed on that event will be refunded.
• Result Determination: 200d determines bet outcomes based on the official results of the relevant event. In the case of any disputed result, 200d's decision shall be considered final.

For accumulator or parlay bets, all selections must be correct to receive the total payout. If any single outcome is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

200d supports a range of payment methods for Bangladeshi users, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit and withdrawal policies are outlined below:

• Deposit Process: Successful deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Some payment methods may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Verified accounts may experience faster processing.
• Verification: KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. This may require submitting proof of identity and address.
• Withdrawal via the Same Method: For security purposes, withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Charge: 200d does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, charges from your payment provider may apply.

200d regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply when using these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: Newly registered members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus must meet a specified wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Reload bonuses are occasionally offered on regular deposits. These bonuses carry their own terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 200d platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person or members of the same household.
• Strategic betting to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Exploiting hacking, software bugs, or technical glitches.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using third-party betting software or bots.

200d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false or incomplete information is provided during the verification process.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If a security concern or suspicion of fraud arises.

You can close your account voluntarily at any time by emailing support@200d.ws. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account.

200d is not responsible for the following:

• Bets lost or transactions failed due to internet disconnection.
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment providers.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruption due to technical issues.

• Data is analyzed to improve our services and ensure security.
• We may be required to share information in response to valid requests from law enforcement authorities.
